Confederate Kerr Revolver serial number 9354 with the very rare JS/Anchor & in the Squad Roll
of Lt. Julian Pratt of company H of the 18th
Virginia Cavalry in July of 1864
{ IN MY PERSONAL COLLECTION }
{ Sorry not for sale at this Time }
This Kerr revolver is one of the later guns arriving mid 1864 so it may have seen limited action. It was probably imported through Charleston or Wilmington. This revolver is in extremely fine original condition with some limited pitting but with considerable original finish bluing about 45 - 65 % on the frame, barrel and hammer. The rifling is fine - lanyard ring present. The checking on the grips is strong such that it "bites" your hand when held.
